Monday: Beef Kofta with Roasted Potatoes

Mondays are always a little easier when there’s a great meal to look forward to. Start the week with a fragrant Middle Eastern-inspired dish of Beef Kofta with Roasted Potatoes. Kofta is a bold, flavourful method of preparing minced meat native to Lebanon, Iran, and Turkey. In fact, its name literally translates into ‘to beat or grind’.

Succulent chef-crafted beef koftas are served over a bed of rice with fire-roasted potatoes, bell peppers, and red onion, then delicately spiced with an assortment of traditional spices.

Tuesday: Tandoori Chicken Wrap

Protein: 42 grams

Wraps are an easy weeknight win, perfect for Tuesday! Take your taste buds on a trip with this fresh take on a Tandoori Chicken Wrap. Tandoori Chicken traditionally hails from Northern India and Pakistan, where chicken is cooked in a traditional clay oven (known as a Tandoor). 

Our version is a lighter, balanced meal that keeps all the smoky flavours that tandoor is known for. Succulent, marinated chicken is laid on a fresh pita and an assortment of garden-fresh veggies, then topped with a refreshing cilantro yogurt-based sauce.

Wednesday: Chicken Primavera

Protein: 59 grams

Wednesday calls for something comforting yet satisfying, like Chicken Primavera! Pasta primavera originated in Maritime Canada in the 1970’s as a feature dish before gaining popularity in New York City. It’s known for its refreshing qualities, making it a popular summertime meal! 

Picture it now: linguine blanketed in a rich, creamy sauce, then tossed with hearty, grilled seasonal vegetables, with seared chicken on top. It’s the kind of plate that can pull anyone from a mid-week slump! 

Thursday: Chicken Taco Bowl

This protein-packed Latin-inspired meal is the real “winner, winner, chicken dinner” of the week! Anyone on a protein kick knows that Mexican food is a hack to get your protein in, and we couldn’t agree more! Enjoy a juicy, well-seasoned chicken breast topped with the whole garden–black beans, tomatoes, corn, and red onion.

As you can expect, this is one of those meals that disappear fast in the office or after a workout. It’s filling without weighing you down, and perfect with a fresh squeeze of lime or a spoonful of salsa!

Friday: Jerk Salmon with Rice & Peas

Start your weekend in seasoned style with a meal worth raving about! Jerk cooking comes from the vibrant island nation of Jamaica, in the heart of the Caribbean. Indigenous Taíno people would slow-cook meats over open fires, layering on traditional spices. The technique evolved over centuries into the jerk cuisine we know today, with its signature blend of Scotch bonnet peppers, thyme, and allspice.

Our version pairs a flaky, well-seasoned salmon fillet with traditional rice and peas for a hearty base. It’s truly a satisfying way to round out a stunning protein-rich week!
