Dietary Option #1: Keto
Well into 2025, Keto remains one of the most popular diets out there—with global interest expected to rise tenfold by 2028. Plenty swear by keto, but sticking to it requires strict planning. If you’re curbing carbs on keto, enjoy taste-bud-tantalizing meals like our Beef Shawarma with Lentil Rice! To find our current weekly selection of keto options on our website, select ‘edit diet preferences’ and then ‘Keto’. For meals with even lower carbs, make sure to choose ‘low carb’ when selecting your meal. It’s important to be aware that while our keto meals are lower in carbs than traditional options, they still contain a light to moderate amount—depending on the meal.

To find high-protein options on our website, navigate to the meal you’re interested in. Then, choose either ‘Protein Plus’ or ‘Protein Plus – Low Carb’. These portions come with an extra protein portion—perfect for long-lasting fullness and helping fuel muscles!
Dietary Option #3: Vegetarian & Vegan
Ontario has among the highest concentration of plant-based eaters throughout Canada, with over 8.4% of the population identifying as vegetarian and 2.5% as vegan.
At MealFix, we believe that it doesn’t need to be Meatless Monday to enjoy nourishing, flavourful vegetarian meals! We offer wholesome plant-based meals like our Lentil & Mushroom Stroganoff Pasta, made with sautéed portobello and cremini mushrooms and finished with pasta in a creamy, rustic stroganoff sauce.
Once you start choosing your meals, all vegetarian options can be filtered using the ‘diet preferences’ filter. For vegan meals, view the item’s ingredients and check the description for the word “vegan”.

Skip the gluten, keep all the flavour! Whether you’re looking for simple celiac-friendly meals or simply wish to reduce gluten in your diet, we have you covered.
